#18 Lucas Belfils: Des études de droit et de la logistique, jusqu’au métier de rêve d’éducateur. Pourquoi Lucas sait que chaque jour sera une belle journée.
Le hasard fait parfois bien les choses. En quête d’un simple wifi gratuit, Lucas a découvert bien plus précieux : sa vraie vocation.
Il raconte à Barbara comment, après des études de droit et quelques expériences dans le fret aérien, il a trouvé sa place dans la petite enfance (tadaaa, chez Little Green House). Et depuis, il y met tout son cœur – avec un grand sourire, de l’empathie, et une énergie à revendre.
Lucas parle de son parcours pas comme les autres, de ce qui lui donne de l’élan dans ce métier – et pourquoi il ne voudrait plus jamais faire autre chose.
Avec en bonus : ses racines multiculturelles, sa grand-mère, et tout ce que les compétitions sportives peuvent apporter aux p’tits loups.

Funny how life works out! By sheer chance – while looking for a free Wi-Fi connection – Lucas came across something far more valuable: his true calling.
He tells Barbara how, after studying law and working in air freight, he eventually found his place in early childhood education (tadaaa, at Little Green House). Since then, he’s been putting his whole heart into it – with a big smile, plenty of empathy, and more energy than you’d think possible.
Lucas talks about his unusual journey, what drives him in this profession – and why he can’t imagine doing anything else.
And as a bonus: his multicultural roots, his grandmother, and what sporting competitions can bring to the little ones.
